Note to Darcy Aug 21 2011 from June

Darcy - I've put different notes for you on the different screens.

For the new website post to see you need to scroll down a lot.

Do not erase or overwrite any POSTS - it's okay to do that to the PAGES.

If you copy and paste from WORD or another web screen it's important to remove the formatting I put notes in the pages for you. Just leave the Events and Calendar pages alone for now...

There are links to the other school PA sites on the left side of all the screens - click and see what they are doing.

If you can get headshots of your board, please send to me!

And as before, please do not change or give away the password - but if you do just send to me so it's on file and I know who has it!

If someone else needs to be adding things to the site you can click on Settings then Permissions and send them an invitation - then when they post it will be on their name.
